Shipping options may vary depending on the delivery address, the time of your purchase, and the availability of items.

About Our Handmade Products

Most products listed on our site are labeled as handmade. Additionally, all products you see are samples we have either created as examples or made for previous orders. This means they are crafted or designed by us specifically for you. As each handmade item is unique, the product you receive may have slight variations in color, design, etc., compared to the sample on the site. The more specific you are about what you want when placing your order, the better we can prepare the product exactly as you desire. We are always happy to create products based on your needs.

About Our Printed Products

Printed products, such as invitations and favor boxes, are designed by our collaborating graphic designers under your guidance. The final design is sent to you electronically for review and approval. Our company is not responsible for the text and details printed once you have approved the print.

About Our Prices

Prices listed on the website do not include shipping costs. If no price is listed for a product, we suggest you contact us. Some products have many variables that affect the final cost, and discussing these options with you helps us provide an accurate cost estimate.

Processing Your Order

When processing your order, we will show you the available shipping methods, the cost, and the estimated delivery date.

Delivery Options:

Greece

• Speedex for small parcels:

  • Charges for parcels up to 3 kg: €3.5 within Greece.

  • Additional charge for parcels over 3 kg: +€1.20/kg.

• Transport Company for large parcels:

  • Shipping charge within Greece: €12 per parcel, except for baptism packages where the charge is €16 (2 parcels).

  • Delivery to your home in areas serviced by the transport company or to their offices in remote areas.

• Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days, depending on the delivery address.

• Note: Delivery periods extend for islands and remote areas. Deliveries are made on business days only. For urgent delivery, please contact us via social media or at 6948585069.

International

• Within Europe: 6-7 business days, €10.

• Outside Europe: 10-14 business days, €22.

• Note: Deliveries to foreign countries are made through the Hellenic Post. Delays are the responsibility of the respective courier companies, and Angels made of dreams is not liable for any delays.
