Withdrawal - Return - Replacement of Products

The customer of Angels made of dreams has the right to return the purchased product and request its replacement in the following cases:

In any case of sale (Returns are not accepted for the entire category of Wedding & Christening items because these products are manufactured and shipped upon order. The same applies to any other product that is manufactured and shipped upon order).

Wrong product or product of poor or defective quality with proven fault of Angels made of dreams or our supplier.

In the above cases, the customer must return the product within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day of receipt. In any case, the products must be returned in the condition received by the customer, complete, without damage, and in their packaging, accompanied by all documents and original purchase receipts. If the return is not made within the above period or if it does not meet any of the requirements, Angels made of dreams may not accept any return and replacement.

Order Cancellation

To cancel your order after its completion, send an email to angelsmadeofdreams@gmail.com (This email address is protected from malicious use), explaining the reason for the cancellation, or contact us via social media or at 6948585069.

Product Warranty

Products have a good quality warranty and meet all specifications. If, nevertheless, any item presents a problem due to material failure, you have the option to replace it. You must inform us at the latest within 10 days of receiving it. The transportation costs for the replacement of the product are borne by Angels made of dreams.

This website constitutes the official website and online store of Angels made of dreams by KETEZOGLU ANNA. All its content, including images, graphics, photos, designs, texts, provided services, and products, are the intellectual property of Angels made of dreams and are protected by the relevant provisions of Greek and European law as well as international conventions.
